Fee schedule and subsidized childcare information for La Escuelita University District and Columbia City.

FEE INFORMATION:


  1. A fee schedule will be provided prior to registration.  Fees are charged by the slot.  There are no tuition credits for absences due to illness, vacations, or other absences.  There are no refunds on registration or tuition fees.  The Registration fees are due every May for the incoming school year.  The fee schedule indicates what parents are required to provide for their children.

  2. Additional fees may be charged for field trips, or special activities.

  3. Tuition payments are due in advance on the 25th of each month for the incoming month.  Parents will be charged a late fee payment of $25.00 for fees received after this date.  All returned checks will be charged a processing and a late payment fee.  Daycare will be suspended for accounts 30 days past due.  United Collections handles all accounts 30 days past due.

  4. La Escuelita does not have a sliding fee scale.  We do contract with The City of Seattle’s Comprehensive Childcare Program and/or the Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) which subsidizes daycare for parents who qualify.

  5. La Escuelita will charge $1.00 per minute after 6:05 P.M. for late pick-up.  The emergency contact person authorized on the registration form will be called and asked to pick-up your child after 6:20 P.M.  Late pick-up fees are due on tuition due dates.

  6. Rates will be evaluated once a year.  Parents will be given at least one month’s notice before a tuition increase.

  7. Parents are expected to give La Escuelita one month’s written notice upon termination of care, or be responsible for that months tuition in full. La Escuelita will give parents one month’s notice if they fail to comply with the requirement outlined in the “PARENTS HANDBOOK.”  We reserve the right to terminate without notice daycare to parents that are constantly late paying their fees or fall behind by a month and do not agree to a payment plan.

INFANT PROGRAM: Fee: $ 1200.00 per month Ages: 15 weeks to 2 years old
Inclusive of two snacks.  We provide or serve breakfast brought from home between 7:00 A.M. to 8:30 A.M.  A nourishing snack will be served 3:00 PM.  Children will be required to bring a lunch box, extra clothing, diapers, baby wipes, 2 bottles, small blanket and 2 bibs.  Breakfast will not be served after 9:00 A.M.
WADDLER PROGRAM Fee: $ 1150.00 per month Ages: 13 months to 24 months
TODDLER PROGRAM Fee: $ 1100.00 per month Ages: 25 months to 36 months
Inclusive of two snacks.  We provide or serve breakfast brought from home between 7:00 A.M. to 8:30 A.M.  A nourishing snack will be served at 3:00 PM.  Children will be required to bring a lunch box, extra clothing, diapers, painting smock, toddler cup, small blanket and 2 large bibs.  Breakfast will not be served after 9:00 A.M.
PRE-SCHOOL PROGRAM Fee: $ 1100.00 per month Ages: 37 months to 5 years old
Inclusive of two snacks.  We provide or serve breakfast brought from home between 7:00 A.M. to 8:30 A.M.  A nourishing snack will be served at 3:00 PM.  Please provide a lunch box.  Children are required to bring, extra clothing, school supplies and a painting smock. La Escuelita supplies two snacks.  Breakfast will not be served after 9:00 A.M.
PRE-KINDER PROGRAM Fee: $ 1000.00 per month Ages: 5 Years old
Kinder program is from 9:00 A.M. - 3:00 P.M.  Price includes child care before and after.  We provide or serve breakfast brought from home between 7:00 A.M. to 8:30 A.M.  A nourishing snack will be served at 3:00 PM.  Please provide a lunch box.  Children are required to bring extra clothing, school supplies, a painting smock and a small blanket.  La Escuelita will provide two snacks.  Breakfast will not be served after 9:00 A.M.

Fee: $ 950.00 per month Ages: 13 months to 2 years old
Fee: $ 900.00 per month Ages: 2 years to 3 years old
Fee: $ 850.00 per month Ages: 3 years to 5 years old

La Escuelita Columbia City provides two snacks and lunch.  We provide a breakfast snack between 7:00 A.M. to 8:30 A.M.  Breakfast will not be served after 9:00am.  We provide lunch and two snacks.
Children are required to bring, extra clothing, a blanket for nap and a painting smock.
